Final photos of each of the boys are in their own threads, but this was the day I've been anticipating and dreading for over a month. The 4 boys were taken to Petsmart today to seek out their forever home.
Cotton Candy, Caramel, and Scotchmallow curled up quickly for a nap during the car ride, smooshed against the crate bars so I could rub their chins.
We were some of the first kittens to be dropped off so they got one of the glass viewing areas. The reflection made it hard to take any decent pics, but they curled up in the litterbox... thankfully it was fresh.
Soon, Popcorn's new family came to pick him up. They've waited weeks for him, and he's going to be very well loved. Can you see the huge grin on his new dad's face?? (pictures posted with permission)
Coming home, Butterscotch is the only kitten left in a house full of cats. I hope that the boys all get adopted quickly, and Cotton Candy's family will come back for Butterscotch next week. She may enjoy dad's full attention, but she did love her big brother.
